for all you did at VBS!!! We wished we could have been there, but God has a reason for everything and we praise him in good
times and in bad times. We have heard nothing but praise from our congregation about what anawesome job you both did. We sang
I Have Decided this morning and the children were so excited. You should have heard the "huh" part, it shook the
walls!!! I'll have to sendyou the picture of you in the race car!! It was great. Again, thank you so much for your prayers
and all the hard work you both did. Don't forget mark us on your calendar for the first wed., thurs. & fri in August next

CAPTIVATED
The Gillespies
did a chalk art presentation at our VBS in 2007. They presented the Gospel through song and art. Mrs. Jackie was
able to talk and draw which kept our kids captivated. During the week that they were here, we had eight salvations,
six of whom we were able to baptize. I would recommend this couple to your ministry, they will enhance any service that
they are a part of.

SPELLBOUND
Richard and Jackie have presented three chalk drawings for our school and the
students and parents have treasured it. They were able to witness to a mixed audience of Pre-K students age three through
5th grade students age 11 and to these students' parents and grandparents. The audience seems spellbound as their program
uses music, the chalk drawing and the presentation fo salvation. I believe this ministry would be a great unification
for a vast outreach.

AMAZED
...Their presentations are on target every time. I was amazed
as I watched young children totally enthralled as they watched Jackie make pictures come to life through the avenue of chalk
art; and with Richard's help as the "lighting technician" it made the presentations so meaningful. The children
would beg to be the one to take the picture home. Their ministry does not just include children however. Our adults
both young and older, loved the message and the ministry.

This family's ministry has bee one of the most unique ministries to minister here
at Grace Ministries.
Grace Ministries
is an inner-city ministry located in the downtown area of Lake Charles, La. Our ministry efforst are predominately to families
who live in this area. Most of the families' income is below the poverty level. the adults have litle or no reading
or writing skills and the children attend school in our city with the lowest test scores. Housing, violence and many
other issues challenge these families. I shared this informatio to clarify why I stated this ministry's "uniqueness".
It is a family ministry that shares the Gospel with the most intelligent education to "the least of those", that
the Word of God refers to in Matthew 25:45. It is my prayer that the Sparrow Chalk Art Ministries will be an added evangelistic
resource to your ministry.

EXCITING
We have had them at our
church for the past 5 years and have them scheduled for our 2008 Vacation Bible School as well. Each year they bring
a new and exciting VBS program to our children and adults. I have been the Children's Education Director at Grace Church
of the Nazarene for the past thirty years. I was also the Children's District Director for five years and served on
our local school board for 6 years. So I have seen many many Children's workers and worked closely with them.
The first time I inquired into using the Gillespie's I left no stone unturned into investigating all about them and their
programs. I found them spotless in their work with children. This is why we continue to book them a year in advance.
We do not want to miss out on their presentation of the Gospel of Christ even one year.

DRAMATIC
Working in front of the
audience, Jackie used her palette to create a dramatic picture illustrating the love, peace and hold of the Gospel of Jesus
Christ. This picture created with beautiful music singing in the background kept every child and adult still in their
seats.
And when it was complete,
the lighting was changed on the picture and the face of Jesus appears looking down on the earth. I think every child
gasped when they saw it, it was audible all across the audience. Then she gave the simple beautiful message of salvation and
we had many many children in the altars giving their hearts to Christ.
I would recommend this
fine couple for any children's church ministry!
